is the Founder, CEO, and Healthcare Education Consultant of VEO Consulting, LLC—a healthcare and nursing education consulting firm dedicated to empowering professionals through vision, excellence, and outcomes. With 18 years of experience in the nursing and healthcare industry, Vina has held progressive leadership roles across nursing education, clinical training, and workforce development. Her work centers on inspiring and equipping the next generation of healthcare professionals for both personal and professional success.
As a first-generation Filipino-American, Vina began her humble beginnings in healthcare as a Certified Nurse Assistant and, through dedication and perseverance, was the first in her family to become a Registered Nurse in the United States. Her passion for leadership and education led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership. Her clinical foundation in critical care, combined with her extensive experience as a nurse educator and academic leader, drives her unique perspective in consulting.
Throughout her career, Vina has led large-scale academic and operational initiatives, including program development, accreditation readiness, faculty and curriculum advancement, and clinical workforce integration. Her leadership has been instrumental in improving licensure pass rates, strengthening student outcomes, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across various institutions.
Currently completing her PhD in Nursing, Vina's research focuses on healthy work environments and strategies to reduce burnout among critical-care nurses. She has collaborated with national nursing organizations contributing to research aimed at shaping sustainable, resilient healthcare systems.
At VEO Consulting, Vina provides expert services in accreditation support, curriculum design, professional development, strategic planning, and career coaching. She serves a diverse portfolio of clients nationally offering tailored solutions that align with institutional goals and regulatory standards.
